How to find the booking cancellation terms for our adventures
- 95% of our adventures offer free cancellation up to 50 days before departure
- There are a small number of adventures where this flexibility isn’t possible
- To view the specific booking terms and conditions for the adventure you are interested in, head to the checkout page and follow the "Full Booking Terms & Conditions" link (details below)
- You'll also be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these when making your booking (details below)
- Once you have booked, your Booking Terms are available for you to view in the Your Options section on your booking page

General cancellation terms:
- Cancellations up to 50 days before departure will result in your deposit being converted into account credit and any remaining cash balance being refunded
- Cancellations 49-31 days before departure will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%, and any remaining cash balance being refunded
- Cancellations fewer than 30 days before departure will not be refunded
