As soon as you have booked with us, get your flights sorted and let us know the details
Most departures:
- Your trip is guaranteed to depart, so get your flights (or other travel plans) booked
- Once that's done, update the Passenger Information Form on your booking with the details as soon as possible
'Request to book' departures:
- "Request to book" departures are last minute trips where our local hosts need to re-check hotel & logistics availability before accepting booking requests
- On "Request to book" departures, please do not make or book any travel arrangements until your booking request has been accepted by your local host. You will receive an email notification when this happens
- "Request to book" trips are clearly shown in the departures section
- If your departure doesn't say "Request to book" – you're good to go ahead and book travel arrangements
