Am I fit or skilled enough to join this trip?

How we help you work out the difficulty and fitness levels of each of our trips

To answer this question, we recommend looking at 3 key pieces of information available on every adventure page:

  1. How fit or skilled do I need to be? - FAQ section (see below)
  2. Difficulty Rating - Highlights section (see below)
  3. Daily Summary - Itinerary section (see below)
When combined, these 3 key pieces of information should give you enough information to decide if you are fit enough or experienced enough to join the adventure that you are interested in.

If after reading the information on the trip page, you feel it sounds like fun but you’re still unsure about joining, please get in touch with our friendly customer experience team who will happily help answer anything that's on your mind.

1. "How fit or skilled do I need to be" in FAQ

On each trip page you can find an FAQ titled "How fit or skilled do I need to be?". This section will go into detail regarding the level of fitness or previous experience requirements for the trip that you are interested in.

2. Difficulty Rating

3. Daily breakdown in the Itinerary

A summary of the distance, duration and key information for each days activities can be found in the itinerary section of every adventure page.
