I've sent a message to my local host, but I have not heard back - what should I do?

What to do if your local host hasn't responded to your last message.

On average all of our local hosts respond to messages on bookings within 48 hours.

If you haven’t heard back after 48 hours, this is likely due to your host being out in the wild leading a trip. We recommend you send your host a follow up message via your booking asking them to respond to you asap.

If your message is urgent or you have followed up and still not heard back from your host, please do get in touch with our customer experience team at MBA head office, quoting your booking reference number (e.g. #612345). We will then happily nudge your host to respond to you, or see if we can answer your question ourselves.
