How does it work?

It's really simple: just share our Careers Page or a specific job on our careers page with your network, and if we end up hiring them, you get a £500 (or equivalent) Much Better Adventures travel voucher to spend on any trip on our website. 

How do I qualify for a referral payment?

1. To qualify as a referee, the candidate must add the name and email address of the person who referred them, AND that person must be on our marketing email list at the time the job was posted, to qualify as being part of our Community.

2. You must create an account in order to be awarded a travel voucher - there is no cash payment. 

3. The hire must have joined the company and completed the 30 days of their employment before the voucher is paid. 

4. The voucher must be used to book a trip within 12 months or it will expire. You can travel after this date, but the booking must be made within 12 months.
