What to do when you need to submit a travel insurance claim.

If you are making a travel insurance claim and require proof you did not travel or are not travelling as part of your claim, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Cancel your booking - via the option in "Your Options" on your booking
  2. Get in touch with our friendly customer experience team - citing your cancelled booking ID (e.g. #612345) and request a cancellation confirmation document.
We will then produce this for you and email it to you as soon as possible.
