# When will I be added to the WhatsApp group?

**Meet your fellow travellers**

About a week before you travel, you'll receive a WhatsApp invite via email so you can start chatting with the rest of your group ahead of your trip. And if you fancy connecting with the wider MBA community, you're welcome to join the [**Much Better Adventurers Facebook community**](https://www.facebook.com/groups/muchbetteradventurers/) at any time.

**Things to note regarding WhatsApp.**

1. Due to WhatsApp’s strict privacy settings, you are only able to see messages sent after you join the group - so we recommend joining right away once you receive the invite.
2. The invite is only been sent to the lead booker, so if there are multiple people on your booking please forward the link to the other members of your booking, or alternatively you can easily add them to the WhatsApp group once you've joined.
3. This WhatsApp group is not monitored by MBA.
4. Customer behaviour charter: We aim to provide inclusive adventures that are safe and enjoyable for all. At the core of all of our interactions, is that we treat others how we wish to be treated and we ask all of our adventurous community to do the same in person and online. We don't accept discrimination of any form, including, but not limited to; gender, sexuality, race, age, social class or disability.
