Much Better Adventures – Referral Programme Terms and Conditions (In Trial Phase)
These Referral Terms and Conditions (“Referral Terms”) apply in addition to our Website Terms of Use and Discount Code Terms, and govern participation in Much Better Adventures’ referral programme during its trial phase.

End date: This is a limited-time test and may be closed at any time with notice.
1. Definitions
- Referrer: A current Much Better Adventures customer who receives a unique referral link or code as part of this trial.
- Referee: A new customer who signs up and books using a referral link or code.
- Referral Link/Code: A unique code or URL provided to the Referrer for the purposes of referring others.
- Referral Credit: A reward applied to the Referrer’s account once a Referee completes an eligible booking.
- Referral Discount: A discount applied to the Referee’s first booking with Much Better Adventures.
- Trial Phase: A limited early-access testing period during which these referral terms apply.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participation is by invitation only. This trial has been made available to a limited number of customers.
2.2 Referrers must be over 18 and have an active Much Better Adventures account.
2.3 Referees must be new customers who have not previously created or held a Much Better Adventures account.
2.4 A referral is only valid where the Referee uses the Referral Link or Code at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively under any circumstances.
2.5 Referral Links or Codes must only be shared with people you know personally. Posting to discount sites, deal forums, review sites or using paid advertising is not permitted.
3. How It Works
3.1 The Referrer shares their unique Referral Link or Code with a friend.
3.2 The Referee uses the link or code to sign up and make their first eligible booking.
3.3 Once the Referee completes a new booking with at least the deposit paid, the Referrer receives their Referral Credit.
3.4 The Referee’s discount is automatically applied at the time of booking, provided a valid referral is used.
4. Reward Terms
4.1 Where applicable, Referral Credit is only issued in GBP, is non-transferable, and has no cash alternative.
4.2 Only one Referral Credit can be earned per successful Referee.
4.3 Referral Credit is limited to 10 referrals per Referrer during the trial phase.
4.4 Referral Credit can only be used on publicly listed, social Much Better Adventures trips booked directly through our website. It is not valid on private, or third-party bookings.
4.5 Referral Credit cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or used to modify previous transactions.
4.6 Referral Credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Referral credit must be applied to a booking before it expires.
4.7 Our full Terms governing all Discount Codes / Credit apply to Referral Credit.
5. Misuse and Disqualification
5.1 Any misuse of the programme, including creating multiple accounts, referring oneself, or spamming strangers, may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any earned credit.
5.2 Any Credit acquired via codes shared on publicly via discount sites, deal forums, review sites or using paid advertising will be removed.
5.3 We reserve the right to withhold or cancel credits where we believe these terms have been breached.
6. Changes and Trial Scope
6.1 This programme is being run as a limited trial and may be updated, paused, or discontinued at any time.
6.2 Any changes to the programme or terms will be communicated to participating users via email or on our website.
6.3 Participation in this trial does not guarantee access to future referral schemes or similar offers.
7. Privacy
7.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
7.2 Referrers and Referees agree to receive communications relating to referral activity, including confirmations and reward updates.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Referral Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
