The Creator Collective Terms

All you need to know about joining our Creator Collective

1. Join our Creator Collective and come on a free Much Better Adventure—on us. In return, you’ll create and share content about your trip that inspires your community to Do Wild Things too. We’re looking to build lasting partnerships with creators who love adventures as much as we do and we may invite you to collaborate again.
2. The Creator Collective is open to both customers and non-customers of Much Better Adventures and is open to individuals worldwide.
3. To apply, participants must submit their application via the official Much Better Adventures form. 
4. Content Collaboration Details;
   
   1. This is a content collaboration opportunity, not a paid gig.
   2. Much Better Adventures will cover the cost of the trip and flights. You’ll need to book your flights, and we’ll reimburse you for the full cost. 
   3. Travel dates will be chosen based on availability, and participants will be informed of these dates in advance.
   4. Participants agree to share content that highlights the Much Better Adventures experience with their audience. Sharing and engagement with your followers is expected as part of this collaboration.
   5. As part of this collaboration, you agree to participate in our referral program. Creators will earn 5% in credit or cash for bookings made through their unique referral link. The program is tracked via a UTM code, which will be provided to you.
   6. We’ll always aim to be flexible if plans change due to illness, cancellation, or personal emergency, but in the event you cancel the trip for reasons outwith these scenarios, MBA reserve the right to reclaim expenses paid. 
5. Content Usage and Ownership;
   1. Participants grant Much Better Adventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use all submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes in perpetuity. This license allows Much Better Adventures, its local partners, and the creator to use the content, but does not grant rights to any third parties. This includes use in social media, email marketing, website content, advertisements, and other promotional efforts.
   2. Participants confirm they own the rights to all content submitted and that it does not infringe any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
6. Travel and Trip Details;
   1. Much Better Adventures will organise the trip, selecting the dates and destinations based on availability and alignment with business objectives.
   2. We’ll agree on what you’ll create ahead of your trip—but as a guide, we'll be looking for a few posts and a mix of short/medium form video content) shared within 2 weeks of returning. 

   3. Creators are expected to bring their own personal equipment necessary for content creation. Additionally, participants must have appropriate travel and personal insurance to cover their trip, including gear and potential medical emergencies. Much Better Adventures is not responsible for providing insurance.

7. Selection Process;
   1. We commit to reviewing all applications and will reach out directly if a suitable trip match comes up. We may not reply to everyone individually due to the volumes we receive and not everyone will be selected—but we’ll keep your details on file for future opportunities.
   2. If selected, participants will be contacted directly to finalise details and coordinate travel arrangements.

8. Communication and Commitment;

   1. Much Better Adventures will work closely with selected creators to ensure smooth coordination for the trip.
   2. Once a trip is confirmed, participants must maintain communication throughout the process and meet content creation expectations.
   3. If a participant does not respond to communication requests or fails to deliver content as agreed, Much Better Adventures reserves the right to reconsider future collaboration opportunities.
9. Availability;
   1. Participants must be available for the agreed trip dates. Travel dates are non-negotiable and based on available trips.
   2. Not everyone will receive a free trip, and there is no guarantee of selection based on application.
10. Privacy and Data Protection;
    1. Any personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Creator Collective and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent.
    2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. For further details, please refer to our [Privacy Policy].
11. General Conditions;
    1. Much Better Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Creator Collective at any time without prior notice.
    2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
