- New Enquiry

You will also receive alert notifications from our system if you need to take an action.
- If you have not accepted a booking request within 24 hours.
- If you have not replied to a new customer comment.
- If a trip has not reached the minimum group size.

We'll also send you alerts when customers make any payment towards your trip, as well as pre-trip notifications with links to your booking reports in the run up to your departures.
