You can find the very latest advice and communication relating to your trip on your booking.

Unless you have been specifically told your trip has been cancelled, it is scheduled to depart as planned.

We and our local hosts rely on the travel advice from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) to continue to inform our approach with consistency.

We will make a final decision if your trip can go ahead or not, based on official travel advice and passenger numbers, 35 days before your trip is due to start. If FCDO advice against travel is in place or quarantine is required upon arrival in your destination, your local host will unfortunately have no choice but to cancel your trip. At this point, our Covid-19 Refund Guarantee kicks in and you will be offered the option to

  1. Move to a new date

  2. Convert your booking to account credit

  3. Receive a full refund, within 14 days.

We are monitoring the Covid-19 situation closely with your trip in mind. We would encourage all travellers to check the travel restrictions in place for your destination, as some have specific restrictions depending on your place of origin or recent travels. The International Air Travel Association has a useful country by country guide.
