Non-Covid-19 related questions about a trip you've booked?

Your local host is usually the best port of call. Head to your booking to message them directly. They usually respond in under 48 hours so you won't have to wait long for a reply.

We believe in transparency. You can find all the information about your adventure on the trip page. We don't hide information anywhere, so everything from dates & prices to reviews, to kit lists, to the meeting point and how to get there, is viewable online, so you can book round the clock, 24-7, without waiting on us.
