# Contact us (Whilst travelling on an MBA trip)

## Support and assistance available to you while you're travelling

- Your **guide** is your first point of contact during your trip and will be happy to help with any questions, concerns, or practical issues that arise. If something isn't meeting your expectations, we encourage you to raise it with them as soon as possible so they have the opportunity to help resolve it while you're away.
- If something doesn't feel right, or you would simply prefer to speak with someone privately, you can contact your local **host** directly at any time (24/7) - independently of your guide and independently of anyone else on the trip. They are there to listen, provide guidance, and step in where needed.

You'll find your host's contact details in:

- - The direct message from your host, usually sent 2–3 weeks before departure
    - Your MBA pre-departure email, sent on the day of travel
    - You can also send a message to your host through **[your booking page](https://bookings-next.muchbetteradventures.com/)** on the Much Better Adventures platform at any time.
- Alternatively, you're always welcome to contact the **Much Better Adventures team** via the channels below should you feel more comfortable in doing so - although please note that responses are limited to our opening hours.
