• Your guide is your first point of contact during your trip and will be happy to help with any questions, concerns, or practical issues that arise. If something isn't meeting your expectations, we encourage you to raise it with them as soon as possible so they have the opportunity to help resolve it while you're away.

• If something doesn't feel right, or you would simply prefer to speak with someone privately, you can contact your local host directly at any time (24/7) - independently of your guide and independently of anyone else on the trip. They are there to listen, provide guidance, and step in where needed.

  • Your MBA pre-departure email, sent on the day of travel

  • You can also send a message to your host through your booking page on the Much Better Adventures platform at any time.
