Accessing the Host Knowledge Base

This article explains how to access and use the Host Knowledge Base (HKB), a private resource available to our host partners.

What is the Host Knowledge Base?

The Host Knowledge Base (HKB) is a comprehensive, private (password-protected) resource designed specifically for MBA host partners. It contains essential information, guidelines, best practices, and support documentation to help you manage your trips, handle bookings, and get the most out of your partnership with us.

Unlike your MBA Host Platform login, the HKB is a separate system with its own access controls. 

Key Information about Host Knowledge Base Access

Here are some important things to know about accessing the Host Knowledge Base:

  • The HKB is completely separate from your MBA Host Platform login.
  • Multiple staff members and email addresses can have access to the HKB, whereas only one email address can be associated with your host platform account.
  • The HKB is private.
  • You must be invited to register your email address and must create a unique password to access the content.

Where can I find the Host Knowledge Base?

The Host Knowledge Base is located at: https://help.muchbetteradventures.com/host-knowledge-base

You'll also find a link to the Host Knowledge Base in the footer of the MBA Website, and in the navigation menu when you are logged into the MBA Platform.

I haven't been invited to register for the Host Knowledge Base

If you need access to the Host Knowledge Base but haven't received an email inviting you to register, please contact your MBA Operations Manager, confirming which staff member and email address needs HKB access. Our team will send you an invitation link to get started as soon as possible. If you don't subsequently receive an email inviting you to register, please check your junk folder. 

How to Register for the Host Knowledge Base

Simply follow the instructions in the registration email - note that you must register with the same email address that received the registration invitation.

I've forgotten my Host Knowledge Base Password

If you can't remember your Host Knowledge Base password, you can easily reset it yourself:

I have Previously Registered, but I can't see the Knowledge Base Articles

If you have previously registered and logged into the Host Knowledge Base, but can no longer see any of the articles, the most likely reason is that you have been logged out. 

Who to contact if you have problems accessing the MBA Host Knowledge Base
