      2025 Customer Video Competition Terms

      All you need to know about our 2025 Video Competition

      1. This competition gives you the chance to win a £500 Much Better Adventures Gift Card, with one winner selected each month.
      2. The competition runs from 1st March 2025 to 5th June 2025, with two separate prize draws:
        1. The first deadline for submissions is 5th May 2025, with the winner announced by 10th May 2025.
        2. The second deadline for submissions is 5th June 2025, with the winner announced by 10th June 2025.
        3. Entries submitted before 5th May will automatically be considered for the first prize draw. If they are not selected, they will also be carried forward to the second draw.
      3. To enter, participants must:
        1. Upload a video submission via the official submission form provided by Much Better Adventures, OR
        2. Share their video publicly on Instagram, TikTok, or in the Much Better Adventurers Facebook group, tagging @muchbetteradventures and using #DoWildThings.
        3. Submit a video that is at least 10 seconds long
        4. Only videos submitted via the official form will be considered for direct marketing use.
      4. The competition is only open to customers of Much Better Adventures who have completed a trip with the company.
      5. Participants must be 18 or over.
      6. Employees of Much Better Adventures, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
      7. The winner will be selected by a panel of Much Better Adventures representatives.
      8. Videos will be evaluated based on:
        1. How well they reflect the spirit of adventure and the values of Much Better Adventures.
        2. The ability to inspire a sense of excitement and exploration.
      9. The decision of the panel is final.
      10. The prize consists of a £500 Much Better Adventures Gift Card, which can be redeemed against any available trip.
      11. The prize:
        1. Is non-transferable.
        2. Cannot be exchanged for cash. 
        3. Is subject to Much Better Adventures' standard Gift Card terms.
        4. Cannot be used on an existing booking.
      12. The winners will be notified via email by 10th May 2025 (for the first draw) and 10th June 2025 (for the second draw) with instructions on how to claim their prize.
      13. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner may be selected.
      14. By entering, participants grant Much Better Adventures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their submitted video(s) for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to:
        1. Social media
        2. Website content
        3. Advertising campaigns
        4. Email marketing
      15. Much Better Adventures may edit or adapt the video where necessary and will credit the entrant where appropriate.
      16. Entrants confirm they own the rights to the video and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.
      17. Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties without the participant’s prior consent.

      19. Much Better Adventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition if necessary.
      20. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
